The man above is Lekan Adesoji Adedeko. He is a Law
graduate from LASU who currently practices his Law profession in Akure,
Ondo State. The lawyer is accusing NSCDC of brutality. According to a
source who spoke with LIB, Mr Adedeko stood as surety for his clients
who had a civil case with the men of the NSCDC otherwise known as Civil
Defence.
When Adedeko's clients failed to show up at the appointed
date, the men if the agency allegedly stormed the lawyer's house on
January, 21 at about 10:30pm and according to his wife, pleas by Adedeko
who was observing his Muslim prayers at the time that he be allowed to
finish led to this. He was allegedly severely beaten and allegedly
thrown off the balcony of his building, fracturing his left hand. That
is the bone you are seeing. The NBA Akure chapter has gotten involved
